Each of the top 10 garages underwent RAC inspections and then faced our expert judging panel consisting of TV presenter, Mike Brewer, Car and Accessory Trader magazine editor, Emma Butcher, What Car? editor-in-chief, Steve Fowler and Motor Codes managing director, Chris Mason.
