This is the 3rd time i have had to visit A1 Motorcare, on all 3 occasions i have found them very professional and friendly. On the most recent occasion the car had to be kept in overnight and with a worry for me about how i would get home, Steve offered to lend me a car, which is great customer service. They have also launched a loyalty card and always do what they can to lower the price of the work carried out. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I have been using this garage for aprox 20 yrs I have just been informed that I have been paying over £100 more for my service than I would of payed in a main dealer and other grages, as a old age pensioner I find it apporling that this garage has taken advantage of me! And would not advice anybody to use this garage. I have informed trading standards and am following there advice at presant

Fab garage, Steve is A1 and is so friendly and approachable. As a woman it can be a bit intimidating going to a garage but Steve is great, puts you at ease straight away and talks to you rather than through you. He doesn't judge you and treat you stupid... I have no problem recommending him to anyone at all. Well done Steve, keep up the good work... people like you give garages a good name and restore peoples faith in your trade!

I have dealt with A1 Motorcare Ltd for many years, and can say without reservation that their attention to detail and the care that they take over the work carried out is exceptional, in my experience. I live within walking distance of the garage and I usually try to arrange the work to be done when I am not in need of transport. However, from time to time, as in this case, if I need a car whilst the work is being done, then they lend me a car. What I find very assuring also is the fact that if I have no need to contact them between services - when I do go in, they know me by first name immediately. They obviously really connect with their customers - they are special - not just another customer. I would recommend them every time, and have done so on many occasions.
