I've been using Active Service for the last 5 or 6 years. I find their work fairly priced with the quality and standard very high. I've recommended family, friends and work colleagues who also are satisfied with them. Phil and his team know how to look after their customers.

Very satisfied with the work carried out and the price paid. I was informed of additonal areas that will require attention in the future and I was told how long I should expect before I require the work to be carried out.

Was a little annouyed that when I telephoned the garage in the afternoon to see if my car was ready I wasadvised of the break pads worn at the back and that a break sensor was required also. I was advised that they had put new breakpads on and I had to ask how much this was going to cost. The advsior said the breakpads and sensor would be aournd £37 pound plus labou and vat to fit however this is NOT a clear indication to a customer of how much the final bill is going to be. It would be better if they could quote the final figure giving much clearer price/charging clarification. My £65 service ending up being a bill for £176.29. I appreciate the fact that the car required work and was happy to pay for it but unhappy that we were unaware of the final cost until the car was picked up by my husband. Overall though it doesn't put me off using this garage as I do beleive they do an overall god job and have nice staff.

Friendly, helpful staff who fitted in a MOT for my motorhome when the garage it had been booked into found they were unable to fit the vehicle on to their ramps. MOT carried out effiently and I was notified by phone when it was ready to be collected.

Work was provided on time, under budget and customer service was excellent. Very pleased.

Active Service is a local garage giving fair pricing and excellent servicing with no hairy fairy additional charges without prior authorisation. Nothing is any bother to them and the staff treat you with respect . I certainly recommend them to any of my friends and family. Having been employed for over 35 years in the motor trade it is refreshing to come across garages like Active Service.

The service and support provided by the garage was first class from my initial enquiry through to the final work. Having been driving high mileage cars for over 40 years I can say that this was my best experience ever with a motor vechicle garage. Everyone went out of theri way to explain what work was being done and what work had been done. This was my first experience using this garage, we drove 70 miles there and 70 miles back from our home and we certainly will be using their expertise again in the future.

This garage is first class in every aspect of its dealings with customers. Everything is dealt with in the most pleasant manner from the initial contact to the work carried out. Their approach gives the customer confidence in their dealings with the firm. This applies to every member of staff with whom we have had dealings and I would recommend the firm to anyone.
