Great staff, Great advice. They defiantly know there stuff. I went in a novice and came out a mechanic! Jesting aside the guys here are great and through every step informed me and educated me so I could make a valid and informed choice on what I wanted to do. John is a very efficient, and does not mince his words. Just what you need when you’re in a rush to get to work. Thanks guys

I asked the garage to investigate a light on our dash board, but they forgot to let me know what they found out, but I also forgot to ask. This is a great garage and I trust them not to over charge me or complete additional work that's not required. I will be using them as long as I live near them.

Customer Service good in general. The problem is that this garage never contacts me before the work starts to explain what they are going to do. They also do not contact me when the work is finished and the car is ready. I have to chase them to find out if the car is ready to be collectd.

Over a number of years I have generally been very pleased with the service provided at this garage.

As a mother of a new born baby the useof my car is essential. Unfortunately the engine of my car was mis-firing and I felt unsafe to drive. I took it to Autocar repair 4.00pm on friday (straight after the fault occured) and managed to get booked in! I then collected my vehicle all repaired by Saturday 11.30am (the next day) and my plans for the weekend werenot cancelled. Excellent service all round.

I have used this garage on many occasions and have always been impressed by their professionalism and their quality of workmanship, and the fact that they know how to communicate with their customers without either patronising them or blinding them with technical jargon.

Excellent customer service, and less money than originally quoted.

The staff are always really helpful and always fit in rapairs very quickly. Although possibly a little more expensive, I would recommend them to everyone for their customer service.

I have used West Dulwich Service Station since about 1991 and have always been fairly treated with good time scales on repairs and the boys at the garage always go that little extra to sort out a problem with the minimum of fuss and cost. I would highly recommend them and indeed do, to family and friends and my business customers. I have used other garages in the past when breaking down on business and often have had to get the work done again by West Duwich service station when I return because it has been inadequately completed properly.

This garage was just what I was looking for. They booked my car in for a next day service and contacted me before carrying out any work. They were very helpful in explaining the cost break down. Repair time was quick and I will definitely be returning to this garage.

This garage was first recommended to me by a friend about 5 years ago, and I have been using them ever since for my 2 cars - MOT's, services, occasional repairs. I never fail to be impressed by the quality of the work and the courtesy of the staff.

They are reliable and trustworthy, and luckily they are very conveniently located too. I always feel most satisfied with the work carried out.
