    This survey did not really apply because it was a first year service for my new car I was pleased with the service. Thc car was collected from my home and brought back with a few hours.

    The first time I've used a dealer for many years. Service was very good. Prices were very competetive.

    Overall work was done to specification and no complaints with this. The only issue I have is that I had to wait over 3 hours for a change of back windscreen wiper and brake pads (and I had asked on the day for a car valet )- and in spite of being the first to book in at 8.30am, I was still waitng at 12 noon -and only when I asked for the second time, it became obvious that the man completing the valeting work hadn't informed the desk staff he had finished the job and I was still waiting for another hour (after being told an hour earlier that the car would be ready in 15 minutes by a member of staff). I had to wait for a few hours last autumn for my first MOT, but the work completed is always ok and the staff friendly- but time is a factor to be considered when booking in.
