Yet again very good service, very pleasant and helpful, a dreaded 120,000 mile service and honestly my car feels almost brand new, the car was serviced swiftly and also cleaned inside and out.

Fantastic customer service. And every thing was explained very well. Also when i was unable to talk , they called back and were happy to do that. The car came back exactly when they said. And they happily explained what had been done and what needed to be done.

Very good overall, good customer service skills, easy service all round. Just normal people, doing a good job well. NO EMAIL MARKETING PLEASE

My Wife and I have on recently started to take our cars to this garage, I found them by checking customer reviews on the internet, I can honestly say in the past I have always had niggling doubts of being ripped off by garages even the dealers , this is certainly not the case here, I have no worries here, I find all the Lakeside staff courteous and most helpful, I have a 120,000 mile service due in 2000 miles and will definitely use Lakeside.

This garage did an excellent job all round. They fitted my car in with extremely short notice, and fixed it and mot'd it by 3pm the next day. The service was very professional.

Started using this garage last year after moving to the area & due to the high miles I cover have been back to them around 5 times now for both service & repairs. I have always received a top notch service & the knowledge in house is confidence inspiring. So much more friendly & accommodating than the Main Dealer & also very competitively priced. A really nice touch is getting the car collected & delivered back to me cleaned & vacuumed! Will be using again & would wholeheartedly recommend to a friend /family.

I'm glad to have finally found a garage that talks to you like a human being and is constantly courteous and polite. I never feel as if I've being ripped off and have never been pushed into having work done, hopefully because they're busy enough as it is! I'll be back next year and hope to recommend that others do the same in the meantime.

This is an excellent garage, before any additional work is carried out the garage always calls and tells you the exact price (parts, labour, VAT). The staff are always extremely polite and always have my car back at the requested time. I have never had casue to complain about the work they have carried out. I would highly recommend this garage.

I initially chose Lakeside when I first bought my Bongo, back in 2007. Since then, despite the distance in getting my vehicle there, I haven't trusted any one else to work on our Bongo. Darren and his team have never been less than professional, courteous, efficient and helpful; a real pleasure to deal with. As long as we have our Bongo, we will always use Darren and his colleagues to look after, service and repair it.

The staff at Lakeside Garage are always very helpful and the work is charged at a reasonable rate, they don't attempt to hide behind cost-saving schemes. You get a fair deal and they are very thorough and courteous.

I have used Bizee Cars Ltd ( Lakeside ) for many years now for both of the cars I currently own & the previous cars I have owned. My wife has also taken the car into the garage for advice & servicing, & has no problem at all visting the garage as the staff are very very helpful & knowledgeable & never make her feel as she is a Stereo typical woman who knows nothing about cars.

Being the owner of an older vehicle i'm always expecting 'bad news' when it's MOT & Service time. When i initially booked the car in & explained the problems it had, i didn't feel a diagnoses was being made before the car was inspected - a very welcome change. Excellent customer service throughout.
