Having had Toyota cars for 12 yhears and until recently always gone to Toyota. Toyota moved to a new site seven miles away. I had my car serviced then this latest work a repair and was completely satisfied. Not only are they local they are cheaper and now better than Toyota.

Recently I have just had a knee replacement and due to this I'm not working. i rely on my car and panicked when it went wrong. I phoned the garage, got booked in, the car was worked on the same day and the guy on the front counter made me feel important and told me not to worry it and he (the garage) would fix the problem. I have been using BJL for about 10 years now, it was on the recommedation of a friend. I have always for them to be completely trustworthy and and have never had cause to complain about their work. I have recommended them to several friends at my local bowls club.

Very good service, from start to finish. Initial contact with BJL garage was made via email, very quick courteous reply outlining cost of work to be done. Then a very polite telephone conversation to book the vehicle in. As the vehicle had been stood for over 6 months, BJL offered to assist in the recovery of the car if I could not start, very kind. Extra work needed to the vehicle was thoroughly discussed with me beforehand and estimate, permission was also asked to carry out work. When I picked up the vehicle, all the work done was explained in a professional and honest manner. The garage looked very clean and tidy & nice reception area also a fantastic viewing area so you could see vehicles being worked on.

I have used this garage for approx. 8 years, and have always been treated very well. The staff are always very polite, to myself, and my wife (we take both our vehicles to them) and have never had a problem with them.The standard of work is eccellent

I love this garage. They are great to me. When I die , I am coming back as a man and work at BJL Motor Services !!! My dad was a mechanic for 48 years and he died last year aged 82. I miss his advice and BJL have been super sweet to me. I love them all :) x and so does my sister and my mum and my nephew.

When car went in for work it was still dirty from the winter weather and I was both surprised and delighted that they had power washed the vehicle without charge. Have dealt with this garage for several years, always find they are both friendly, helpful and reasonably priced - I in fact travel from Hastings to Bexhill to have work on the car undertaken by BJL because and I can't put it more simply - I trust them!

The car was accepted and inspected promptly. It was fitted in at very short notice. The work thereafter was carried out to a high level and was quickly returned to us. All the parts and service was completed as requested. They kept in contact and regular updates were received. The car was maintained to a high standard and returned to us clean. We always receive very good customer service and are very helpful. We will always use this garage.
