    I was a little wary since i had an very bad experience with Norside garage thier immediate nieghbour! The lads made me feel right at home in their workshop explaining how things would be done and going the extra mile to find my wheel lock key which I thought was lost. They have a positive manner which completely eclipses the four previous garages I have used previously in the town. The bill was slightly less than the verbal quote which is always a pleasant surprise! Very well done!

    MY CAR FELT MUCH BETTER IN HANDLING WHEN CORNERING AT HIGH SPEED. WHEN I NEEDED TO STOP IN WET CONDITIONS THE CAR NO LONGER SKIDDED ALONG THE ROAD SIDEWAYS. THE HANDBRAKE FELT VERY RESPONSIVE AND HELD THE CAR ON AN INCLINE. THE CHANGE TO SYNTHETIC OIL MADE THE CAR MUCH MORE RESPONSIVE WHEN ACCELERATING AT SPEED.

    i SUOPPLIED THE sYNTHETIC OIL, THE GARAGE FLUSHED AND CHANGED THE OIL AND FILTER. NOW THE CAR SEEMS TO GO MUCH BETTER AND VERY RESPONSIVE TO ACCELERATION AND OVERTAKING. SUDDENLY IT HAS HAS IMPROVED IN MPG FUEL USE, BEFORE JUST 38MPG, BUT NOW NEARER 41MPG (VERY STRANGE)!

    An excellent service from collecting my car from my house,obtaining an MOT,completing the associated repairs and delivery back to my home. I can totally recommend Bonsai in Weston-super-Mare.

    Well equipped garage with excellent knowledge and high standards. Full anaysis of the electronic log revealed some surprising issues, which were dealt with.

    This is a very trust-worthy garage which is nice to find in this day and age. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All work was explained to me and agreed before any work was carried out. When I collected the car, I was allowed to inspect the old parts and they explained what had been carried including little extra's at no cost. I would strongly recommend this garage to other people if they want good, honest service and friendliness at no extra cost
