My car was bought from new from Bourne Road Garage and has been serviced there throughout its life. The garage provides excellent service which is why I return year after year. I have recently moved out of the area but had no hesitation in still booking my service with them and driving some 65 miles to them rather than using my local garage.

I have used this garage before and everytime the level of service has been excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is polite,helpful and informative. I particularly like the poster displayed explaining that the quality of work will always come before the quanity...

The work to my car was carried out under extended warranty (the car was 3 weeks out of manufacturers warranty). Mazda assistance picked the car up within 5 minutes of a phone call and the repair was carried out within two days. This was quite a large repair. ie cost was over £1100 and paid under warranty. Excellent service by Mazda assistance and Bourne Road Garage
