the service was excellent and represents real value for money particularly from a main dealer. Having had issues with service and repair from other organisations I know just how valuable and economical it is to go to this garage, this will be my preferred choice for service and repair in the future, excellent full marks.

The garage was able to look at my car next day, whereas others were quoting over a week to be seen. I was treated courteously by all staff, the problem fixed within an hour and other issues that I was not aware of explained to me. I was given a comfortable place to wait and provided with coffee. My car was washed and valted without charge. I was most impressed with the excellent level of service and a satisfactory outcome at a reasonable cost.

We have relied on Brindley Honda for all our Hondas' service and repair work for the past ten years. The level of customer service and value for money we have received have been exemplary; our much-loved 19-year-old CRX Transtop, our old workhorse Accord and current Workhorse Civic CDti have been as reliable as they have been thanks to the maintenance provided by the enthusiasts at Brindley Honda. As a result, any future car purchased is most likely to be a Honda - and cared for by the people we know and trust.

This is the first Honda that I have owned and in relation to the level of service I receive from the garage I use I would definitely have one again. The staff are always helpful and are willing to discuss any things that I am not sure about. At all levels I am very satisfied with the customer service received.
