I have been to this garage a few times and have been satified with the work and level of customer service every time. When your car requires more work they will ring before they do anything and let you know how much more it would cost. Also if you book beforehand and give your mobile number, you will recieve a reminder text and a text once the work is done which I quite like. On this occassion I was running a bit late to pick up my car and only just got there before they closed, but I rang to inform them of this and they were happy to wait a bit longer if needed, which was very nice of them.

Fantastic service by this garage and all works carried out to a very high level. A very personal service and even assisted by contacting another garage to sort out a prior problem. Would definatly reccomend to anyone to use this garage.

I went to this garage for 2 new tyres to be fitted while I waited. It took over 2 hours for the work to be completed from the point where the car was first jacked up. Twice during this period I enquired 'how much longer' for the job to be completed? On both occasions I was told 'a couple more' minutes, when in fact there was still another half hour to wait. The attitude of one particular member of staff towards others was very rude. Although the final job was satisfactory, the lenthy wait and staff attitude has put me off using this garage again. Don't expect a warm friendly welcome.

Superb allround service, very knowledgable staff and Mr Mcglaughlin is helpful, cheerful and very keen to help in any way he can.

A very decent job done very quickly.

This is a family run garage and that comes through in the high quality of the service. I have found a garage that I trust and who complete work to the highest standard. They provide me with clear estimates of the planned work, and inform me if there are other repairs that I should consider - giving me balanced advice. They also manage to fit in urgent work for me as much as possible. All in all, I have nothing but good words to say about this garage and would strongly recommend it - a completely different experience to any other garage that I have used in the past.

The car is covered by an extended warranty and I was told by the mechanic on the phone "I don't deal with warranty companies. You can phone them etc etc." I explained that the warranty was in the car and reluctantly, the mechanic agreed to deal with the warranty company 'this time only'. Given the conversation that I had with the mechanic I had concerns over whether he would phone the warranty company and decided to contact them myself. I eventually managed to trace details of the warranty via the dealer that sold me the vehicle and spoke to the warranty company myself about 40 minutes after talking with the mechanic at Central Auto Centre. I explained the situation to the warranty company who (a) advised that they had not heard from Central Auto Centre (b) the part was covered by the warranty and they are happy to agree the claim subject to a break down of costs and (c) as they had not heard from the garage, they would phone them to authorise the work to be undertaken. Central Auto's attitude was less than helpful on this occasion and whereas, eventually there was a good outcome, they should reconsider their position in connection with warranty related repairs.

I had my car's MOT carried out at this garage. I took the car there at the arranged time and test was started promptly and completed while I waited. I found the staff courteous from phoning to book in through to completion of the work. I'd recommend this garage.

Excellent customer service and clean office. Like the text message reminding me of the service date and also informing me that the car was ready for collection. Very efficient.

I have used Central Autos for the servicing of my two cars for many years now and have always been very happy with the service provided. Unlike other garages I have used in the past they never try to inflate the bill by doing unnecessary work and any work that is required is clearly explained and agreed with the customer before it is done. I will be moving out of the area soon and I just hope I am lucky enough to find another garage as good as Central Autos in my new area.

I was happy to drive my car out of the car park went like a dream. It felt like I was driving a brand new car again. The last time I took my car to for a service at Chelsfield motor works I could not even get out of the garage as my car would not go at all was an awful experience. This is why I tried another garage this year and I will be definitely going back to Central autos. My other car is due it's first MOT next month so I will be taken this straight to Central autos in Green St Green no doubt about that. Would like to thank everyone at Central Autos for making my car service smooth and I feel safe driving it.

I have been using this garage for a number of years now and am satisfied with the service I receive from them. It has always been for MoTs, but they have repaired the car once to allow it to pass an MoT.

All work was carried out timely and satisfactorily

I shopped around for a replacement tyre , only to find the nearest garage to me, which I have used on various other occasions, for other things was by far the cheapest and most helpful. The service provided was as usual excellent.

I HAVE USED THIS GARAGE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEM HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE NICE PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

The job was for repalcement tyres. The garage and staff coudl not be faulted for their professionalism and service. And prices. But the survey does not really cater for this kind of work.

My Freelander's windscreen wipers failed (linkage broken) just before Xmas during a period of heavy snow which was causing problems for many businesses. CTE had no problem both sourcing the required parts and fitting in the repair at very short notice - very happy!

Went in for tracking adjustment & four new tyres. Tracking was not done properly and I found car pulling to the left while driving. Rang them and was told to bring back which I did. An adjustment was made in only a few minutes, so while the pulling has gone I have my doubts as to whether tracking has been properly adjusted. I did not follow on with complaint as I no longer trust them to do the job properly. No problem with tyres.

I always find them to be helpful, friendly,clear,concise and honest. I recommend them highly!

I have always felt uncomfortable going to garages to get my car fixed, but was recommended Central Tyre and Exhaust a couple of years ago and have not looked back since. The staff are friendly and welcoming, very helpful and always keep me updated on the progress. They will go out of their way to move things around quickly if I am under time pressure, and the workmanship is always quality. I have never had a fault or any problem following a service or repair. I would recommend this garage to anyone.
