We are very proud to have been voted the Motor Codes UK Golden Garage of 2011 and we thank all our customers who voted for us - that's the biggest compliment you could have given us. We look forward to thanking you all personally.
We are a family-run garage that has been in business since 1978, and was one of the original founder members of the Unipart Car Care Centres. As described by one of our customers "we are modern-style business with old-fashioned values" and believe in delivering an excellent service to every customer and every vehicle.
Our engineers are trained to repair, test and service almost all makes of Class 4 vehicles (Cars and LCVs), and follow the Motor Industry Code of Practice and are members of the RMI. We also provide Bosch Diagnostic Services for engine management problems.
Most of our customers come to us through word-of-mouth recommendation and our aim is to be so good at what we do that we keep customers for life so if you live in the Tewkesbury area then please contact us for an estimate on your servicing, either by phone or email, or pop along and see us.
Please book about a week before you need your service or MOT, remember even if you have a new car we can service it and maintain your warranty by using genuine, original spares.

Very friendly and professional. They know and understand and care about the work and their customers. I live a considerable distance away and do a large annual mileage so they know that I cannot bring the vehicle back easily for additional work identified during the service. In the years I have known them they have not abused this and have provided a very good service. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My partner and I have used this garage for a few years now following a personal recommendation. Without exception, Ian and Sue Boskett have always given us a wonderful level of customer service, incredible value for money and first-rate workmanship. They always discuss our options first, and complete the work extremely quickly and efficiently. We have always felt nothing but trust for them, and they seem to go out of their way to find the best and cheapest option available to us. In short, their excellent customer service has completely restored our faith in garages after poor experiences with other businesses, and we take whatever opportunity we can to recommend them to friends and family.

I have used this garage for over 18 years and have full confidence in them. I had a old Polo 20 years old that the garage managed to keep going for 215 thousand miles.The only reason we got rid of it was the value of the car exceeded the cost of repairs! Before that I had an old escort that did 120 thousand miles, due to the efficiency of this garage. I then sold it to get my present car.

When we lived in Tewkesbury clive woolford garage would offer a pick up/drop off service and now we live in Cheltenham 14 miles away they still offered the same service without even having to be asked! That is great customer service. They are all very polite and when I have taken my car to them without being booked in i.e non working back lights, the staff replaced the lights there and then because of the safety concerns of non working lights - now I don't know many garages who would do that! Since my cars have been serviced at clive woolfords they have never broken down on the road.

Excellent Service Friendly and Helpful Staff. Have used this garage for a while now. They always phone and ask if any additional work is required and always say if any jobs may be required at the next service or MOT. For example they told me that I will require brake pads and possibly replacement brake hoses at the next service. I had a quick look when I got the car home and they were quite right. I trust this garage unlike many others I have used and I am confident that they will never "rip me off". If I need the car returned urgently they will always try and help out. I would recommend this garage to anyone.

An exceptional level of service has been provided by the garage on all occasions and in occasional emergencies, when they have responded immediately to requests, even though they have been busy. There cannot be a better garage, or more friendly staff anywhere!

I took the car in with a broken part not previously seen by the garage. It investigated an phoned me with an estimate. With one slight hitch, since completely rectified, the work was done on time and to the estimate. The garage has subsequently MOT'd the car - it passed.
