I had never used this garage before until today but I will be using them for all the cars in our household in future. The level of customer service was beyond excellent - to the degree there was a loan car waiting for me when i arrived. The work was carried out swiftly and to a very high standard with any other issued the mechanic found explained fully and with no technical jargon. I found the staff very helpful especially Kully who went out of his way to make sure things went smoothly. All in all the team at Crescent Motors made, what is normally a stressful task, very easy and hassle free. Thanks lads.

When I broke down, I rang this garage as I had used them about 5 years ago. They came to rescue me within about 15 minutes, towed me in and gave me a car to use while mine was being fixed. Nothing was too much trouble.

Having rang on 7th October in the morning I was given a slot the same afternoon and having contacted us to advise us what work needed carrying out, the work was completed and the car ready for collection by 9.30.a.m. the following day. Excellent service and I will definitely be returning with my other car that also needs looking at. The part I needed for my jaguar was delivered to the garage the same day as I had booked it in for the problem to be looked at, enabling the repair to be carried out that day.

The RAC recommended the garage and took my vehicele there.The RAC gained the quote for me and gave me details - the garage followed up the quote with the actual price before the work was completed. The garage was very helpful. They also collected me from Burton and took me to the garage.

Recommended by my girlfriends Dad whos always used this garage for years, they come highly recommended and i was quoted nearly £600 to pass my MOT by Peugeot, these guys did ALL the work needing doing, re tested the MOT and passed it, for the little price of £196 !!! It was brilliant and ill always use these guys from now on, dropped it off in the morning and it was ready for me by the afternoon ! the price quoted was 20% bellow another garages and a vehicle was offered for use while ours was being repared. they explained that we could get the repair done cheaper by a clutch spesialist but they could use reconditiond parts . they did say when i droped the car of that there may be a part needed that had not been in the quote this was a bearing guide as he heard me drive the car in and it was niosey.it was pionted out this may be an extra £15, It was charged at £11.34. car was left with plastic covers on floor steering wheel & drives seat. job well done thanks

Highly recommend the garage, went out of the way to attain a car for me to borrow whilst my own car was having it's annual MOT. Gave me a call to let me know that the car failed due to a corroded front brake pipe, asked them how much to fix and if there were any more issues, everything explained nice and clearly with pricing given to carry out the work if I required it to be completed. No hard sell, just honest advice given. The price was good, this was carried out for me whilst the car was at the garage. On picking up the car, everything was explained to me concerning work done and pricing before paying them. A fine example of service was received, polite and professional, kind and courteous with manners shown. Will tell friends and family to visit the garage for their car maintenance work and MOT's.

I always phonr first and take my car ( and previous car) in and discuss the work and get a verbal quote first personaly. The service and help is first class.

was given a quote to fit brake discs and pads. We agreed on the price for the job. The after completion, I was charged/hour not as we agreed. The chap on the desk (call himself general manager sent e-mail stating that I did not hear well what he said. And he charged me what I was quoted by a nearby garage (HiQ) and he think that is fair! Not sure fair to who?So, I replied back stating the following:There are some corrections that I have to make as a reply to your e-mail.Yes I did hear you very well and I understood clearly what you mentioned. 1. There is a difference between informed choice and forced sale. I decided to take my car to you on the bases of the price. I am not fool to pay per hour for that service. 2. Labour time for a mechanics is different from labour time for technician. The job you've done does not need mechanic. If I have the choice I would have chosen HiQ garage ( not kwik fit as you stated) for 4 reasons: A. I am dealing with a big known firm B. The work is guaranteed. C. Would be given a discount ( see yellow pages advert) D. Company with customer services department. E.They will honour their price. In fact I could have it done while at home for cheaper price that £40+ VAT via the car mobile services. Regarding service charges, from my previous experience with you,I know that once I get my car in, a different price will arise (VAT,consumables,..etc). Having failed the MOT,the vehicle required work in order to pass. Having received a previous quotation from FORMULA ONE, Crescent Motors beat the price by £130. The staff gave me the quote,acceptance for the work was agreed, pleasingly the vehicle was able to be shut inside the garage overnight for work to be completed early next day. A phone call telling me the work had been completed,on pick up,the work carried out was explained,polite and professional service, of which was a nice experience. Will definitely recommend the garage to friends.

Excellent service and very flexible with regards to picking up and dropping me off at work. My car was looked after perfectly, with none of the usual dirty marks left by other garages. I already have reccomended Crescent to my family and friends.

M-O-T and service booked at short notice with no problem and a courtesy car supplied as I live some distance away. No extra work needed but on previous occassions always phoned for permission before commencing work. Excellent and friendly service.
