Great local garage, didn't explain that the parts have a 12 month warranty or they are covered by any Unipart centre, but I knew this anyway and have been critical on the survey results. Really impressed with the level of service and speed of getting the car back to me, brilliant thanks

I rang to see if someone could look at my car as I needed it fixed ASAP, I was told to bring the car down. As soon as I handed my keys over to the mechanic he gave me a feeling of confidence and knew what it was, and told me what was required to be done and gave me an estimate. When I got home I checked on the internet about what he beileved it was and it said alot of renaults were effected by the same problem. Just as the mechanic said. I was happy with the quote and service. an hour or so later I got a call from the garage stated the car was fixed and I was very happy with the price. I also asked if they could possibly do an MOT on the vehicle and fix the 2 bulbs to which he said he could get my in for tomorrow and would keep the vehicle overnight if I was happy with that. Later on I got a call again from the garage stating the vehicle was in fact no ready as they had a cncellation and done my car in that time. I was very impressed with this and have never had such good service.

I chose this garage last year as it displayed the Good Garage Guide tick. I was happy with the service carried out then so was happy to rebook this year.
