    Garage discovered nail in rear Tyre which could have been very dangerous if not found. I wouldn't have seen that as part of a routine service. Very good .

    The dashboard light re. emissions was still on when i collected the car. When I pointed this out the garage then said 'oh, the manifold has a small hole which will effect the emissions'. Whilst the engine is now running evenly and well [which it wasn't before replacement distributor caps and spark plugs were installed] I am a little put out that the manifold wasn't noticed earlier. As it is they have said they will look at it in a few weeks time when my MOT is due.

    An established family concern which lives up to the highest standards of the motor trade being led from the front by the owner. Courtesy car always available and car is washed before collection. Inevitably this is not the cheapest service but I could go further and fare much worse.

    320 miles away from home, and over the "Christmas period", I had the unfortunate luck to have my alternator "pack up". Called the RAC, who confirmed fault, then escorted me to Ferris Garage. The breakdown occurred 291211. I drove my car to the garage around noon, 291211. The work was complete (alternator replaced) by 16:45 291211. I collected my vehicle 09:00 301211, for my journey home. NB Whilst my vehicle was in for repair, I was loaned a free courtesy vehicle. Superb PERSONAL service from this independent garage. Well done :-)

    Since purchasing the car from Ferris Garage, I have always used them for servicing and have been thoroughly satisfied both with the quality of the work done and with the very good customer service. I should add that their charges compared with the Peugeot Main Dealer are very reasonable.

    The car broke down late afternoon 5th January. Ferris promptly sent a recovery vehicle, the car was taken to the garage, my wife and I were driven home (2 miles) and the work needed was identified and done the next day. The service provided was prompt and efficient.

    I broke down wilst on holiday,The brakedown truck came from above garage and he told us what was wrong . He organised everything and got us to the above garage.My wife and could not have a better service,also he arranged for a hire car wilst the work was carried out.     the car broke down while we where at ST Mawes on the way back to the Ferry as I am a member of Green Flag they sent a pick up vehicle from Ferris Garage in Foek they arrived on time and took us back to the Garage where a loan car was ready for us to go. The garage explained the work which was needed and promised to have the car ready for 4pm on 23/9/2011 infact they rang me to say the car was ready to pick up by 12.30. My husband and myself where very impressed with the efficiancy of the both the mechanical repair and the staff I would like to thank them very much for there work and friendliness. The car was returned in a good clean condition and is now running really well thank you to the Stff of Ferris Garage in Feok. Truro. Conwall

    I used this Garage for the repair as it was close(ish) to where I was staying on holiday. They had responded to my breakdown call to "Britannia Rescue." I was offered a replacement car, with mine being taken in for repair, or a temporary repair, with me driving to them when parts were delivered. The temp. repair suited the problem, so the breakdown technician phoned Ferris Garage and ordered the parts immediatly. He then fixed the temp repair and left. Shortly after I received a call from Mr Ferris, who explained when the new parts would be available and the total cost of the repair. The repair was carried out while I waited at His premises. I was impressed by the friendly, helpful attitude of all the staff that I met, and noted that the premises was very clean, tidy and professional.

    This garage deserves massive thanks for the speed with which they dealt with my problem. Driving down to Cornwall the brakes on our car were shuddering badly, and with absolutely no notice, the garage agreed to deal with the problem on the same day (a Friday). They did this with minimum fuss, and also gave me use of a fabulous courtesy car (a vintage mini). If these people were running the banks, this country wouldn't be in the mess it is! A very big thank you to all concerned.

    The garage went out of their way to track down a rear brake calliper, given the problems of supply with Japanese parts at the present time, especially as they knew that Iwas shorly going on an extensive foreign trip.     Although my final bill was £2,879.95. The handing over of my cash was made easier by Ferris Garage. I was given a clean courtesy car for the whole duration (almost three weeks) and regularly kept informed of progress.Before I paid the bill I was given a test drive and assured that if anything was not right it would be put right.They made me feel relaxed and confident about the whole experience.     As always, the owner and service manager were pleasant and helpful, fitting the service in on a date that suited me, and happy to provide a courtesy car for me to use. The atmosphere at Ferris makes me feel confident leaving my car in their care; I have never had any cause to complain but know that they would do their best to sort out any problem. After the service, they cleaned my car, including the neglected interior. I first heard of Ferris through a personal letter advertising their services.
