Nice to have garage staff who don't talk down to you when dealing with a topic you have no interest in.

I have been using Field's for 20 years and have always received a very good service, with clear explanations, in particular not overcharging for something which is not needed to be done, as in this case, due to not having done much mileage over the last year they carried out an interim service, keeping the cost down.

I am very pleased with the professionalism and customer care qualities of this repairer. I have full confidence in the accuracy and quality of the work they perform.

This is by far the best garage I have had dealings with. They are very helpful & efficient. On more than one occasion when my car has needed an urgent repair they have done it straight away. This contrasts markedly with Saab garages I have used in the past.

Fields is an excelletn company who try their hardest to please the customer. They let you know of any extra work beforehand. They try to source parts at competitive prices and generally work very hard to provide value for money.

These guys are very helpful, understand how stressful the potential expense can be and do everything they can to get the vehicle repaired and returned within the time expected. My final invoice was actually less than the estimate and all the work was completed as promised.

The customer care at Fields garage is wonderful. All the staff from the reception/office to the workshop and the owners treat you with the utmost courtsey and respect. They take time to explain what will be done and what is wrong and even though I really do not understand all the mechanics they are willing to explain and show examples on the television screen. I cannot fault this garage and always advise friends and colleagues to use their services. We are very lucky to have them in Woking.

I've used this garage for over 10years now, and I have to say, the level of customer service and the quality of the work carried out has always exceeded my expectations. The staff of the garage always try to accomodate me when I call at short notice about a repair, as they did with my recent brake problem. I called Wednesday evening and they took the car straight in and I had it back Friday evening, even though they were completely snowed under with scheduled work. The estimated costs are always spot on or in some cases the job comes out at less than expected. I can highly recommend this garage and have introduced friends to their excellent service.
