I trust Kevan and Tom to be honest with what work needs doing, the quality of their work, the high level of customer care and the competitiveness of their charges. A good solid reliable garage that over the last 4 years I have used them for both my cars has always been exceptional.

Forest motors was one of the best garages i have ever been too. Being a young female with little knowledge of mechanics, i find it quite nerve racking when approaching people in a garage, However at forest motors i was greeted in a really friendly manor as soon as i arrived on site. They asked me what was wrong and even though my use of language was not technical, they did not undermined my knowledge and knew what i was talking about. They took my car for a test drive to hear the noise i described as "like an aeroplane" and when returned told me it was my wheel barring. they took me to my car and showed me the difference in the sound of the tyres so i could see for myself the damage, and when finished, showed me my wheel baring and explained what happens when it breaks the way mine did. Tom (the mechanic) also explained to me my tyres will need to be changed shortly, which is great for someone with little knowledge like myself to be informed of - The receptionist kept conversation up with me, and kept me at ease whilst my car was being fixed making the experience even more stress free. Overall i feel the staff at forest motors are honest, friendly people who are there to help out there customers the best they can. - They are there to help you out, not themselves and will go out of there way to make you feel that little bit more special.

Due to the nature of my repair and availability of when the work was due to be carried out, I was offered a courtesy car at no additional cost, which was invaluable to me as we live in a rural area and without the courtesy car I would not have been able to get to work. I find all of the staff at Forest Motors extremely helpful, courteous and trustworthy, and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. I would not use any other garage.
