    I went to Marshall Honda as my right front indicator bulb had gone. When I phoned, it took 5 days before I could be booked in, for a job that would take 10 minutes. The price I was charged for changing this bulb was too high. When I got home I noticed that the wheel arch trim was not fitted back in properly and I had to return to the garage for this to be rectified. I was disappointed that I had to return to the garage because the work was not done properly which wasted my time and cost me money

    We were very disappointed with the lack of communication from the service . Not receiving telephone calls when promised, saying that the person who had initially been at the desk was only a driver" and shouldn't have told us as "that's not the way things are done". Telling us that a message had been left on our phone when the car was ready for collection - but there was no message on mobile or home.     Car was booked in for a 36ooo mile service, not a repair. I found your service department from initial booking of service to completion of work, efficient, and very good customer service. I had expected that all door hinges and stays would have been lubricated as part of this service, but this was not done. Apart from this minor quibble, I would rate the overall car service as good.

    I am still waiting for a phone call to say when the part is in so it can be fitted.Its actually been that long now I cant remember when I first came in.The first time I came in was to find the fault which they did,agreed to come back the following week to have the part fitted which should have been ordered on the system but wasn,t,so there was no part to fit, the girl then said she would do this and let me know when it was in and I haven.t heard anything since.

    It seams your marketing telephone campaign booked four of us in to have our cars checked and valeted at the same time. They can't do 4 at the same time so the original 50 minutes quoted turned into 2 hours. A little more care on you marketing campaigns would be sensible.     When I arrived there were no parking spaces available mainly because a large Audi was park longways over approx 6 spaces. Then I was kept waiting to book my car in because there was only one person on reception-I was aware of 2 other members of the reception staff around the showroom.     I took my car for a MOT and a routine service, at the time I pointed out two minor checks I wanted carrying out. I was asked to pay the bill on collection, but when I asked about the minor checks it became clear that they had not been carried out. The car was returned to the workshop for a while.I was then told all was complete, I paid and went to collect the car but still found one of the checks hadn't been done and the car had to be returned to the workshop yet again, to fix it.

    I was 'phoned to tell me that the car had been serviced and would be ready in one hour after it had been cleaned. I collected the car but after about one hour I noticed that it had not been washed. I had to return the car and it was washed. I have not had this problem with a Honda dealer before.     The mailshot I was sent from Marshall honda stated that the service would include complimentary AA cover and complimentary MOT insurance. None of this was offered (didnt realise till I got back home) - that there seemed to be some bait and switch going on with regard to this. Please either honour the offers from the mailshots, or do not mailshot me with fake offers. Other than this, customer service was good.

    Last time the battery was changed, the clock was reset and the radio's behaviour was the same as before. This time the radio code was put in and that was that. I had to reset the clock myself, and the RDS display is now replaced after a few seconds by a display with the preset number, a code I don't understand, and the time. I can't find this referred to in the manual, and am somehwat put out.

I have recently tried to cancel a service, ans asked to be put through to the service department only to receive half a recirded message initimating they could not speak to me but would call back....and never did.     I was happy with the people who delt with me. However I thought that the prices were high and for this reason would not recomend a friend or relative for servicing. As for the repair that was not completed. This was a warning light problem. Firstly the part was not in stock and the cost of the part was totaly unreasonable. Work seems to be done on time but then takes an hour to do paperwork so car not available until an hour later than promised.     I was told both of my rear brake cylinder bleed nipples had corroded away and the cylinders needed replacing which I was informed is a common problem with the swift. what actually happened is the rear nearside nipple has been sheared of and the offside is still intact this is a bit of a surprise as due to the wrong service being done at the first attempt last year the brake fluid has been replaced three years on the trot. I very much appreciate reminders about service and MOT, but it is not good if the remainder says 'Your MOT IS due' when in fact it WILL be due in over a months time.     As far as I can tell the service carried out was as scheduled. My complaint is that I was asked to deliver the car early so I delivered it at 9am but it was not ready for me to collect until 5.15pm when I expected it to be ready in the early afternoon. I was not warned about this. Not good !

    The online booking process doesn't seem to work to well, tried online twice then by email and phone before trying again online and getting booked in. Oil maintenance wasn't reset so having to return to garage to have this reset. Apart from these points though the service is very very good and staff are very friendly and helpful.

    I had to wait several minutes trying to speak to the service dept to book my car in and so was given the option to leave my number for a call back. I appreciate that the desk may have been dealing with customers in person or on the phone at the time so no problem here but I waited all day and got no response and had to call back again myself at my cost.     On initial contact with the service dept I explained that the car was 3.5 years old and asked if the battery would be covered under warranty (having seen batteries advertised with 3, 4 and 5 year warranties). On arrival (complete with report from the AA showing that the battery needed replacing)the job card was completed as being under warranty. However, after the battery had been checked again (why, when there was already a report to that effect I'm not sure) I was told that it wasn't under war

    It was a standard MOT and health Check they matched the price of my old garage MOT and included a free health check. I felt welcomed including a free drink and the paper's to read to keep me entertained. After previous disapointment i am impressed with my service this time. :)

    This questionnaire does not seem applicable to a standard service booking. I have been using this Honda dealer for many years and usually receive good service but on this occasion the key holder hadn't arrived, the alarm wouldn't turn off once access was obtained and there was general chaos.     Service was ok apart from the service on my other car where my K&N performance filter was removed and replaced for a honda filter, any mechanic would know that a K&N filter has a million mile Warrenty which does not need replacing. I did not receive my old filter. If a mechanic does not know what a K&N filter is, i do not think they are qualified to be a mechanic. I wil be moving to another Honda dealer.

    I tried at least 3 times to get the service booked in online and failed, I got an autoreply that showed the details I had filled in but was not contacted about confirming or rebooking a service date. I've no idea what the problem was but it's very frustrating for the online service not to work!!!!!!!!
