    Another excellent visit to GB Autos. There is little Glen doesn't know about Volvo's he has always gone the extra mile to look after his customers. It's really appreciated and I have recommended his garage to friends.

    We have used GB Autos for many years and have always received a standard of service that is exemplary. The owner, Glen, is always willing and able to explain all aspects of proposed repairs/maintenance etc. and displays an attitude of quiet confidence and knowledge that is fully backed up by the ability and expertise to complete the work to the highest level.     I have been using GB autos for 2 years, I found them through the Volvo Owners Club website. An Excellent independent Family run Vovlo Specialist, happy to look at my 15 year old 190,000 mile 850 Estate. Volvo trained staff are hugely knowledgable and faults are diagnosed more or less on the spot or during a short test drive. Always very busy, 7-10 days is not unusual before your car can be booked in and a courtesy car is available if you reserve it. The workshop is a delight to visit and Glen will happily show you your car while he's working on it or if it is up on a lift. Excellent parts availability and a good selection of used switches, trim parts and key fobs have helped to keep my running costs down. A detailed printed invoice is provided and a postcard is sent out reminding you that your MOT is due. Quality work and peace of mind is hard find these days.

    Glenn and his team are a great bunch of lads, they live and breath Volvos. Always helpful and willing to offer advice and service to the customer. Would recommend them to family and friends and other Volvo drivers.

    This is a small independent garage run by father and son and one other. The level of service is excellent, just like the old days when you could wander into your local friendly garage chat over your cars problem and get it resolved quickly and at a reasonable price without the worry of being ripped off and the work incomplete.

    This Volvo Service garage was recommended to me by a friend about ten years ago. Mr Glenn Brown the proprietor has always shown the same enthusiasm care and attention to the servicing and MOT arrangements that we have made with him throughout this period. We have the same car that we had ten years ago. He knows the car and therefore we expect him to maintain it fully and properly for us. This he has always done by warning us well in advance of the cars needs and importantly the costs. Therefore this relationship is one of trust which we hope to maintain with this Service Garage for many more years. As an observation by the way Mr Brown is training up younger people who appear to show and express the same high standards.

    Excellent garage in every respect - (so much easier to deal with than dealerships, where you never seem to speak to the person who repairs your car, and there are SO many layers to get through with every phone call) - here there are none - it always runs amazingly smoothly.
