    I have used GM Autotech before to service and MOT 3 vehicles belonging to our family. On all occassions I have found them to be very helpful and have had no reason to complain. On one occassion they discovered that a repair to the front suspension units of one of the vehicles had not been carried out properly and rectified the fault and persuaded the original garage to contribute towards the labour costs of the new work. I have found them to be accommodating, helpful in staggering payment of large bills and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

    Carried out repairs as agreed within estimated cost provided a courtesey vehicle cleaned my car, good communication throughout process. All round we are very satisfied with the service received and will be going back.

    I have now been to this garage several times now on recomendation of a friend and been very happy with the work that they have carried out.On this occasion they had to have my car for a few days and the bossman even let me have one of his cars to get to work and back which was very good of him as this was one of his own cars not a courtesy car.

    I am a new driver. My father suggested that I should use this garage, based on his experience of them over the last 9 years. I like the good relationship they have with customers - some garages are rather standoffish and unwelcoming. My car is an oldie but, despite that, they treated it with respect and care as if it was new! I particularly like the good explanations of technical issues in terms I can understand. Keep it up guys!

    This is an excellent garage with excellent management and staff. I have used it for the last 9 years and have always been thoroughly satisfied.     We have been using GM Autotech and Waveney 4x4 for 10 years or more now and they have always provided top quality service. The latest repair to my Disco was a new cylinder head at £2,200 all-in, gulp. However, the garage provided me with a courtesy car for the whole duration at no extra cost and at all stages I was involved in the decision making even down to sourcing the new head. Can't recommend these guys enough and Jono is a Landy-legend !!

    Being a retired mechanical/electrical engineer and running my own business for over 40 years I consider GM Autotech and it staff to operate as I used to run my own staff they are helpful-understanding to your problem-and above all take the time get you sorted out. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

    Once again 'rescued ' by Leighton and his team for which I am (as is my wife) extreemly grateful. Wife's car failed early in the morning requiring her to use our second vehicle for work ( I work nights and in consideration for my required 'beauty sleep') the sick car was collected, diagnosed, repair costs provided and agreed, repaired and without prompting returned in working order. How can I fault such service this further endorses my comments of the 23rd September. Nothing phases these guys (and girls 'Helen') A Terrific Team..

    I came to this garage after two others had failed to correct an on-going problem I have been having. They were able to fix the problem and had a greater understanding of the car than the others. They also noted other potential problem areas which have since been corrected and the car is now running well . I then used them for my MOT which highlighted other areas and which they repaired quickly and very efficiently. Very freindly, professional service. Good people to entrust your vehicle with.

    I have been a satisfied customer with this garage almost as long as it has been in business. I have had a variety of vehicles serviced, repaired and MOT'd by them (as have members of my family, one at the time resident in France, and one travelling from London to use their services) between us we have never had cause for complaint and have always received great service. I am now the owner of a Landrover and have just used the 'Waveny Land Rover and 4x4', side of this business. I cannot endorse the dedication and enthusiasm enough "Jonno and Landrovers" is akin to "Strawberries and cream" both complement each other in that reassurng way. To summarise This is an extremely friendly knowledgable and well managed business with great engineering staff and support personel. I have no reservation in recommending them and do so at any opportunity.

    Work required an extra part which was not in the original quote. The first part ordered was incorrect and second part was bad fit so the job took longer than expected, but I was kept informed during process. Overall I was happy with work done.
