i take my car to this garage because the customer service is excellant from start to finish. everything is always explained in great detail and i feel i can trust everything they say.

It is nice to have found a garage i trust and who i know are honest. Customer service is exceptional and the staff take time to explain any questions you may have. I would not hesitate to recommend Halls auto to anyone looking for a reliable garage who provide an excllent service.

Initially I approached Honda main dealer for the major service and was advised that my car was overdue a Cambelt and Balance belt change at nearly £600 on top of the service, I asked Halls Auto ltd if they could beat the price, within seconds of giving them my veh reg they informed me that my car did not have these belts but had a chain instead. I contacted Honda who confirmed it after an hour. so once again Halls Auto ltd got the work. I have been using this garage for some years now and have never had a problem trusting their advice or workmanship and although I didn't feel the need to look at the four old tyres they were there for me to look at and they were as I had been informed, pretty dire. I have in the past recommended this garage to my friends and I have every intention to continue to do so.

Thoroughly profesional and cooperative maintaining a friendly manner at all times, I could not wish for a more trustworthy establishment and I am not a trusting person. I have two vehicles maintained by this garage.

I have used Halls Auto Ltd for many years and highly recommend to all friends and family. They are always friendly, explain all work in laymans terms so I fully understand the work and complete the work same day. They advise when a future job may need completing rather than repair something before it needs doing, although will also say if it needs doing as a priority for safety purposes. I have never been disappointed with any work and they often go the extra mile in customer service to keep clients content and wanting to return. I would not take my car anywhere else and trust Halls Autos Ltd implicitably with repairs/service and above all my safety

Excellent service, had a full cambelt change...when it came to pay wasnt given much information about what had been done etc.... and about the old belt etc..., but very friendly and reliable service, would highley recommend this garage.

I know where to put the Petrol, Water and Oil. I let the Garages use the Spanners and nuts and bolts - with complete confidence, I know I will not have any problem afterwards. Always provides a car, coffee and papers to read if one waits. What could be better!!!

Had tyres changed, requested 205/60/15 got 195/65/15! These are the original tyres for the vehicle however i did explain why i wanted the slightly different tyre and expected what i requested to be fitted - the size i asked for was written in the garage diary!

I ALWAYS FEEL THAT HALLS DO A VERY GOOD JOB FOR A REALISTIC PRICE. I WOULD AND DO, RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND COLLEAGUES.

This was my second visit to the garage, to have winter tyres fitted to the rear wheels of the vehicle. The staff were very polite and helpful.

I wanted some winter tyres, and two acquaintances have used Hall's Autos, and said how good they were. I phoned up on the offchance and they had some to fit. I bought two initially and then later, on the advice of the mechanic, I went back the next day for the other two.

I have been using Hall's Auto for many years for both my Husband's and my own car. The work is always of a high standard, the prices are competative and fair and all of the staff are friendly, helpful and well informed. Whilst I have not had cause to complain about any work or service received from Hall's, I feel that if I needed to, I could, and that the problem would be dealt with fairly and quickly. We once had a problem with the wear of a high end tyre purchased at Halls. Whilst this was not the garage's responsibility, they rectified the problem. I would, without reservation, recommend the garage to other people.

This is an excellent and friendly garage where you are kept in touch and also given a courtesy car.

This Garage and staff is the best I have encountered they are polite, friendly and curteous, and advise you of all your options re costs and why any work is essential or if it can wait and an estimated time when work needs to be carried out. They are by far the best.

I use Halls Auto for tyres, MOT and minor servicing/repairs. The staff are very knowledgable and enthusiastic (particularly for choosing tyres). The reception area is a pleasant place to sit and read should you chose to wait. The workshop staff are polite, friendly and seem to know their stuff. They seem to treat customers' vehicles with respect. One of the few garages who deserve repeat business.

This is a brilliant garage. Top quality work and more often than not the final bill is less than the estimate. I have a 40 mile round trip but get there, but it is more than worth it. Top class. Highly recommended.
