I have been using this garage for some time now. I have complete trust in them - honesty, reliability, standard of work. I recommend them frequently. This was an emergency repair, I had the car towed there by the RAC and simply left a phone message asking them to fix it if they could, as it was out of hours. I am so pleased and relieved to have found a garage that I can trust completely, I cannot praise them highly enough.

My partner and I have used Hammond Autoserv ( HA )for several years and have always found each and every member of staff to be polite, approachable and professional and although the company has grown in size their relationship with us has not altered. HA are a family-run firm which is evident with the general "feel" of the environment; some garages still have a very male-oriented image which a lot of women ( and some men ) find quite intimidating, and although there are the obligatory legal and trade notices ( which can be a bit "blokey" ) in the reception area, it is often staffed by either a lady ( whose name we have yet to learn ) or by John who is an exceptionally likeable chap and who will "bend over backwards" to help - I've even been given a lift home on a couple of occasions when I've had to leave my car for repairs. HA's chief technician Steve is also a really helpful guy who has helped us out in both major and minor "emergencies", often at short notice and, I'm sure, at times when it is an inconvenience schedule-wise, although he has never made this apparent and I am never made to feel I am being a nuisance. We cannot speak highly enough of this company and recommend them to family and friends ( even the odd stranger ) whenever we get the opportunity - top quality service at EVERY level. Our loyalty is total.

A good frendly garage and trust worthy which i will use and recomend,but i was quoted 2 hrs labour charges.But it took them 0.75 hrs .BUT charge me for 1.5 hrs,i only thought they charge for the time working on the car .I new it only took 0.75 hrs working on my car as i was waiting for it in reception .But apart from that i am very happy with them.

FOUND THIS GARAGE THROUGH LOCAL AD. LIKE TO HAVE LOCAL GARAGE WHEN POSIBLE FOR VANS. THEY ARE GOOD TO GET WORK DONE QUICKLEY AND SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
