I was in and out in 15 mins as was quoted I actually could nt believe what an incredible service I recieved whilst in the garage and the workshop was really clean, its a shame this is nt the sort of service found in other garages

It was Saturday morning and I rang on the off chance that I could have 2 new tyres on my car. They yold me to bring the car down and I left it while my husband and I did some shopping. All info about tyres, quality, price etc given beforehand and tracking suggested. When we came back, everything had been done, super customer service so thanks to James - we even had a chocolate with our bill!

fANTASTIC LITTLE GARAGE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP, THE EMPLOYEE WHO WAS CALLED JAMES CAMERON COULDNT DO ENOUGH FOR US, AND COMPLETED THE WORK SPEEDILY AND EFFICIENTLY. THIS IS THE REASON I KEEP GOING BACK TO THIS GARAGE AS THE STAFF ARE BRILLIANT AND SO IS THE WORK. THEIR PRICES ARE ALWAYS COMPETATIVE.

After the initial concern of being presented with a £20 discount voucher the manager (sorry can't remember his name) who carried out the work was very polite, courteous and informative and convinced me that i would return to the garage for future work. His attitude was refreshingly professional and I would definately recommend Northampton lane to family, friends and work colleagues.
