Mr Andrew Williams Date of feedback 08/05/2013Good customer service and availability of tyres, I usually have difficulty obtaining tyres as mine are a rare size however the guys at Harris Bros sourced one for me and had it delivered from Swansea within 24 hrs and also fitted it in no time. Very happy, this is the second time I have used them and will do so again. I continue to recommend them to friends and family.

This time I used the Haverfordwest Branch. I spoke with the assistant manager Luke who quoted for the work and agreed an appointment time. I was in and out within the hour and very pleased with the advice given and work done. The workshop area was very clean and free from clutter. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend hte Branch to anyone living in Pembrokeshire. The only down fall was the drinks dospenser was not available

Mr Michael Cape Date of feedback 24/04/2013We were travelling down to Laugharne and had a problem develop with the brakes. This was our first outing after the van had been garaged over the winter. We called into the garage on speck and had excellent service. The immediately recognised the problem, did a quick test drive to confirm, checked availability of parts within minutes. Not only did they get the parts required and complete the job efficiently within 3 hours but they also looked after our dogs while we had a walk into town. The staff were polite, courteous and very helpful. It is a pity we do not live locally as we would use this as our regular garage.

My drivers front tyre blew out on MOn 3rd Dec whilst i had my youngest foster child in the car when I then went to the garage the man behind the counter was extremly rude and totally unhelpful I will never recommend this garage to anyone AGAIN!!!
