Found the garage and staff very efficent. The bill explained and points on the previous service explained and pointed out that the service and parts were to Ford standards.

We were towed to the garage by a very helpful RAC guy. from there IPD were exceptional, they located our problem and fixed it in an amazing time. This breakdown could have soured our holiday but this guy was marvelous. We have left his details in the holiday cottage for future guests in case they have problems. we just want to thank all concerned.

I was super confident from my first phone call and when I dropped the car off that a thorough and cost effective job would be done.. and it was. The repair involved more parts than expected but this was checked through with the manufacturer to make 100% sure they were essential. The fitting charge was themn minimiized.

5TH GEAR PROBLEM, WAS DIAGNOSED QUICKLY AND GEARBOX WAS FOUND TO BE BEYOND REPAIR, A REPLACEMENT RECONDITIONED GEARBOX WAS FOUND BY THE GARAGE AND REPLACED AND ALSO RECOMMENDED NEW CLUTCH, WHICH WAS ALSO FITTED.

Absolutely brilliant service - at all times Ian kept in contact regarding work found to be necessary. He advised what was essential and what was advisable, with the appropriate costings. As a lady driver/owner I was reliant on Ian for advise and at no time felt Ian was recommending unnecessary work. Ian arranged the work to suit my work commitments . The garage facility is absolutely pristine with up to the minute technology fitting of a Motorsport centre. I have already recommended Ian to family/friends/colleagues.
