The car was booked in for its 1st service very professionally and additional pollen filter which I agreed to after explanation but was not pushed into replacing. the hire car which I used while my car was serviced was excellent and the service that they give like if you didn't want a hire car they are prepared to work around you for the service. All in all it was better than all my expectations and would certainly recommend them to anyone

We subscribe to a pre payment service plan. The costs and nature of service and or repair requirement has always been explained to us with care. The staff are always professional in every sense. We undertake a 100mile round trip to have our vehicle attended to at this garage and consider the effort more than rewarded. We have never been less than delighted.

To sum up in one word BRILLIANT cant fault them. I do a round trip of 60 miles to always come here to have a service, my car that is, I know I'll always get good value and all the work will be completed on time. The staff have always been helpful and pleasant advising over the phone of cost, how long they need the car ect. nothing is to much trouble, the courtesy car was new clean and available, and course the complimenty tin of sweets.

I purchased the vehicle as a low mileage demonstrator 6 months old in 2006 from this dealer and I have been extremely satisfied with all the after sales and regular servicing ever since then. The car is always returned in first class condition. After a small accident some time ago, the body shop did an exemplary job of repair.

An excellent experience from start to finish.

I arrived 5 minutes late for my appointment due to the heavy rush hour traffic, only to be told that my car would now have to wait to be serviced, despite being told that my time slot was the first one of the day, and this was means I would have to wait for around 3hrs. I was not happy with this as I was only 5 minutes late and I had my young daughter with me.

Excellent customer service including use of local lesuire facilities while waiting on car. Was able to find a retifiy a problem that another local Kia garage did n't fix on two occassions.

Best car service experience I have had in 25 years of motoring

I cannot praise the service I have received from all the staff at this garage too highly. They are always pleasant, efficient and helpful. I have had my vehicles serviced there for nearly 10 years, during most of which I have been disabled. They have always taken this into consideration without being too overt. For example when I forgot to ask for an automatic courtesy car, whilst mine was being serviced, they let me drive their Service Manager's car. They have always tendered competetively for extra work on my car (eg fitting tow bars, doing minor rapairs etc.) and this has always been carried out impeccably. I would recommend them without reservation. A friendly atmosphere pervades the whole workforce. They are obviously highly trained and motivated and are 'singing from the same hymn sheet'.

Receptionists excellent

FIrst class, my car had a hessitation they pre ordered the parts and fitted on a day to suit me, they also advised me on my front tyres were low (not illegal yet) but the price was far so I had them fitted and the car was still ready on time even though I had extra work done, they are a credit to the motor industry.
