    Reception staff are very helpful and friendly, the results of the service and MOT and any recommendations where explained fully,and any advice given about future maintenance of my vehicle. I have used this garage for approx. 12yrs with very satisfactory service and will continue to use them in future also I am quite happy to recommend them to others.

    The receptionist was extremley helpful with pricing, booking in, and completion of work. Tyres provided were a good price and the work was completed quickly whilst I waited. I have used this garage before, my only complaint would be the condition of the waiting area. Drinks machine available but no cups. Poor selection of reading material for customers. A little effort in this area would be good for customers & I am sure this would not be to costly to you.

    sent vehicle in for mot needed track rod end and steering arm x2, would have liked to have seen worn parts and more explanation on why they needed changing. i have used this garage over a number of years and have seen them up thier standards all round.

    Price given for new exhaust of £195.00 after servicing car ordered part, this wrong part sent twice, when eventually got part the price had gone up to £235.80 garage was supposed to call back if the part was more expensive, so we could decide on whether to proceed, but they just went ahead and fitted this without authorisation. We ended up paying more money for a part we could have got cheaper and a 2 year warranty else where instead of 1 year. If i quote a job after pricing this up i can not go back to the customer and ask for more money I will never recommend this garage to family and friends again.

    The MOT highlighted that the brake lines were badly corroded as a result of the age of the car and required renewing. The mechanic said that the work was a priority and he gave a quote and time scale for the work. The work was completed in line with the quote and estimated time scale. Since collecting the car there is a small knocking sound from the rear of the car at low speed. I shall follow this up with the garage but am pleased with the all round service delivered by Kingshurst Automotive.
