The service came up much more expensive than my experience of other garages so I will not return in future.”

“We missed an appointment, they called to advise and re-booked another appointment with no complaint. They contacted us when the job was complete and had everything ready for us when we arrived to collect the vehicle.”

“This is the first time I have used this company. They did a bronze service and, as far as I know, they did what they were supposed to do. They were polite and answered my questions professionally and did the work in the time they said they would. I would use them again and, on this one experience, not be adverse to recommending them to someone else. Price seemed reasonable as well.”

Of arrival I received a friendly greeting, was shown to warm and comfortable waiting area with fairly decent tea.
30 minutes later I was handed my keys and invoice with which I could claim a rebate fro Michelin.
There was no hard sell for extra services.”

“After the MOT, I asked how much thread my brake pads had. The guy said that he didn?t know and I would need a brake check to find out. How could he not know or find out as they must have been measure to past the MOT is there is a 1.5mm legal requirement! – So if they wasn?t then how can you pass a MOT?”

Didn?t clean the car which usually comes with service? Also didn?t spot that left side window cleaner was blocked.”
