Previously franchised with MG Rover, Proton & Perodua we are now an independant garage offering Servicing, MOT, and Repair to all makes of car and van, as well as this we cater for more specialist areas of: diagnostics, air conditioning, engine work including cylinder head work, etc.

I am extremely pleased with Lion Garage as it takes on board any comments that have been provided and ensures that any customer concerns are resolved to ensure they provide a good customer service. I had a problem with my handbrake which the Manager resolved my phoning me to book my car into the garage and a courtesy car was offered. The garage was very good at booking my car in efficiently and explained what they would do in great detail. I am very grateful to the garage for taking on board my initial concerns and would definitely book my car in for a service again. This garage should be proud of the efforts that they make to ensure that they have happy customers.

A really good garage who clearly have expierience of the MGTF and bend over backwards to accomodate the customer. The work done is exactly as I would expect. I would recomend to anyone especially an MG owner I will probably use this garage for my Mercedes once it is out of warranty.

I booked my car in for a service, but it was not explained until I arrived that as my car was within warranty I should have been advised when booking that it may cost more due to using Suzuki parts. I also advised that I would like my hand brake looked at as I thought it may need adjusting. This was not mentioned when I collected my car, the receptionist asked the mechanic who said it was high but it was still gripping. I would have been completely satisified if they had just adjusted my handbrake. I was advised that if I still wanted it adjusted at a later date then they would need to remove the brakes, etc which they had already done as the pads where changed, therefore I think this has just caused an unnecessary inconvenience and not a totally satisfied customer.

We have been looking for a garage with the expertise to carry out work on our MGF for over a year and stumbled across this garage when needing petrol. We were impressed when asking about repairs at the time and having now had a repair carried out we are extremely impressed. Will be taking both our MGF and our Mazda saloon to this garage now, despite it being fourteen miles from our house

The service recieved from booking in to final repair and return of my vehicle was exceptional. The staff are always approachable and helpful, giving an explaination of how and why certain repairs are required. John (manager)gave clarity to the work required and Martin the head technican is an absolute genius in solving the technical problems. Great job and I would not hesitate in recommending this team to friends and colleagues.

I requested an appointment to have my car serviced, I was offered several alternative dates which was convenient. During the service some major repair work was identified and I was contacted with an estimate of cost and completion date. I was asked to make a decision on whether to go ahead at this time. I agreed to the repair and was pleased when I was contacted a day before expected with the good news that all was well. The exceptionally bad weather caused me to arrive at the garage to collect and pay after the receptionist had left, however, it had been arranged for another member of staff to wait for me so all ended well.

The quality of work is high and service personal and friendly. The manager ensures that the garage sets a high standard of customer care and service that other garages would do well to follow.
