    This was a difficult problem (water ingress to floor of car) and the garage has made every effort to correct this although the specific point of entry of the water remained unsolved. Extra sealant has been used and we are hopeful the problem will not recur. I have dealt with this garage for over 25 years and have always found them helpful and reasonably priced and have recommended them to friends and family.

    matters discussed over the phone when booking hadn't been passed on. I was assured I would have my car back by 10 am as it was the first MOT test of the day, the certificate was issued at 09.14,garage called to inform me it would be available at 11. this made me late for work & cost me an hours pay. The garage also carried out a free vehicle condition check somewhat duplicating the MOT test just completed.

    Excellent service, fitted me in for the initial Diagnostics test while I waited on the unplanned call in visit and did not charge for the test. Booked in for the repair identified with parts ordered and fitted within the next 24hrs of my request to proceed.

    Jude in the service area was polite, organised and helpful. The loan car was GORGEOUS, clean, tidy and I WANT ONE FOR XMAS! lol I have Always believed that Main dealer work would be pricey and a rip off..I certainly have changed my opinion. Excellent service.

    They forgot to stamp the warrenty book. The so called courtesy wash and leather left the car more dirty than when it went in. They promised to phone when the car was ready they failed to do so

    Car collected at the time advised, in addition to the first scheduled service a check on the brakes was carried out as requested, was phoned to say the car was being returned and when delivered it had been washed and the interior cleaned at no extra charge. Although a body condition check is normally charged as an extra, this was included in the service charge.

    Sales side excellent, servicing appears professional but.....seem to focus on finding something else that needs replacing or done, Failed to stamp service book (twice) and we know how important that is. Terrific product, but charges fo service and parts extortionate, but with 5 or 7 year warranty you are manacled to the main dealer, but I think more and more people take a chance and have servicing done elsewhere, which in my opinion ruins what is otherwise set up.

    Courtesy car forgotten, so had a short wait to get one sorted. Courtesy car wash done, but very poor. I would prefer it was done properly . Car still had dirt on it, some bits missed andinside poorly hoovered.

    I've used Maidstone Kia for many years on my Vauxhall cars always with a very good service. They are very courteous and always seem to go that extra mile for customer satisfaction. As well as being very helpful people the garage is also situated within a mile of home which makes the logistics of leaving it there that much easier too. Hasta la Vista Maidstone Kia - I'll be back.

    From the start of buying a car from this garage the sales person i delt with was unproffesional,to point of when i was booked in to collect the car he was dealing with another coustmer and asked if i would wait while he took them for a test drive.As if this wasn't insult enough i then had to wait another hour while he sorted out the finance.And this is desipte calling me into the garage the night before to sign paperwork he had not organised in the 3 to 4 week run up. Then i had to suffer the joy of the same sales person phoneing my home on the after sales check and asking my wife if she was in the bath??? The service i had done today was fine except for the fact that it was booked for 10:30 and when i arrived i was told that the car would be ready in the afternoon! In all 3 hours later i was able to pick up my car.The price i was told when i phoned to double check the week before was 15 pound short. All in all the coustmer service at this garage is of the lowest quailty it has been my misfurtune to have to deal with,as this is not the first new vehichle i have had,and i will not be returning to the garage.

    Only one person was dealing with booking in cars for service, although he was very good in dealing with people, this caused a fair amount of waiting. When I left, there were 4 people behind me waiting to be booked in. Although I had booked my car in by telephone over a week before, there did not seem to be any record of this, although the car was serviced.
