The arrangement agreed by telephone was for me to drop off my vehicle at 8.30am and i was assured that the work would take 2 hours therefore only my morning would be inconvenienced. I was disappointed that the Landcruiser needed a new brake caliper as the reason I always buy Landcruisers is that they are bullet proof. We have owned form new and 60,000 miles seems really poor for something like this to fail. I did upgrade the cleaning to a spruce and shine, but all told i was waiting 2 hours and 40 mins - that was too long and i feel a more realistic time frame should have been indicated when considering whether to have customers waiting or not.
