    The Landrover service dept in Bury is always extremely efficient and friendly and I am very pleased indeed by the way in which they handle any work needed on my Range Rover.

    My vehicle is a Spanish registered Range Rover Sport, still under warranty, which had decided it didn't want to start sometimes and the battery, although testing good, had failed 3 times. Dan at service reception and Steve, the technician, were both superb. They had the car and tested everything, eventually doing a hard reboot of its memory and replacing the battery which completely solved everything. They had a short window of time to find and cure the problem as I was due to drive back to sout

    Your 'front desk staff & management' have changed since our last visit and it is not a change for the better.I did not like the attitude and the way that I was dealt with.     No problem with Marshall in Bury St Edmunds. Simon v good and v helpful. I mentioned a creaky back door (intermittant)which is still bit creaky this morning otherwise no problems.
