MR DERRICK ELLIOTT Date of feedback 11/03/2013Customers use and stick to a garage/service centre they trust -where the staff treat you with respect and you know that if you call in unannounced about a problem or enquiry they will help/advise as much as they can,no matter how busy they are.That is why like myself other family members are "with them" and will stay with them over a great many years- MCC of Melksham feels more like a "family atmosphere" rather than the larger "conveyor belt" Garages.
