We have 3 vehicles, including a motor home and 2 cars. I started using this garage because they have ramp clearance to be able to do the motor home. This being my local Garage I thought I would try it for MOT and Service, I usually change my car every 3 years and as this is the first time that I have required an MOT I gave them the opportunity to carry out the work. I found the owner to be extremely helpful and had the work carried out within 2 days. The Garage was very tidy and clean and the work carried out to a high standard I will certainly use the Garage again and would recommend it to family and friends.

I had asked the garage if they were able to pick my car up from my home as I had recently had a heart attack and was unable to drive. The garage were happy to pick up and deliver my car back to me at no additional charge and they kept me up to date as and when there was any change to the delivery/availability of parts. Any other work that needed to be done to the car was clearly communicated and there was no pressure to have the other work carried out at this time but an estmate for the cost of the other work was clear and understandable. I have had nothing but an exceptional experience from start to finish with this repair and would not hesitate in recommending this garage to friends and family.

Great garage, they all love Audi's and I know my old Audi is in good hands. Always very helpful and explain what's going on. They also don't treat me like some silly woman if I hear a noise and need it explained!

Good Friendly Efficient Service

Explained to garage that had problem with hand brake & also needed service then M.O.T. They then agreed to the work and made the process as smooth as possible for someone who is mechanically clueless.
