    I asked for a telephone quote and time to change the timing belt that fitted in with me. The garage. Was not the cheapest but most convenient. They did the work as requested, quickly and communicated well. The garage was tidy professional looking set up.

    It is the first time that I have used Mill Lane Auto and am very impressed with the service. Friendly, professional, knowledgable, and honest staff. In some (not all) of the garages that I have used previously, I cannot help getting the impression that some of the recommendations and guidance received was mis-leading to an extent and not always 100% appropriate. The staff at Mill Lane Auto are clearly experts in their field and were able to convey everything clearly and simply, and advised me of further pieces of work that needed doing and the reasons why, all of which made sense. I will be sure to use Mill Lane Auto again and on this initial experience would recommend it highly.

Mill Lane Autos comes tops for reasonable costs, explanation of what is required, and the efficient way the work is carried out. Communication before, during and after the repair is very good.     The problem with the car was explained and I was shown the repair that was needed. When the work had been completed I was shown the old damaged parts. Excellent ervice from start to finish and I will continue to use this garage in the future.
