I have been using One Stop for over 18 years ! Paul and the staff have always been amazing ! Any problems at any time they will 'sort out ', just drive it in and we will do it. Once when my car had to be towed their late a night somebody waited for me to arrive. Paul will also collect both mine or my husband's car from home if necessary. If a car is not available Paul will lend me his ! One-Stop will also treat my 'girlfriends' with the same courtesy that he treats me and he will not 'rip' them off. As most garages would especially as o lot of them are nurses at the local hospital and they also have 4X4's required to compete on their horses. If at any time you have any issues then they will sort it out. During the 18 years that I have used One-Stop they offer this courtesy to all their customers be they male, female, young or old ! I recommend One-Stop to all my friends and neighbours.

I did feel that some parts were replaced that would have been serviceable for a longer time. BUt I understand that the garage want to replace all parts as it is easier and may save problems later. When you are on a tight budget and the car is not worth the amount of the bill some consideration should be given to this.
