    I bought my vehicle from this garage and they are FIAT franchised. I prefer to use a franchised garage to ensure only approved parts are used. The service costs are prominently dispaled. This allows me to make my choices. The cost of the additional work [ brake fluid ] was explaineda. I requested check of wiper blades and cost of replacement & fitting fully explained. The courtesy car and level of customer services promotes customer confidence. It is reassuring to know that yoiur car is being dealt with by professionals.

    This seems to be a competent garage but is grossly overpriced. They want to charge for EVERY little thing, which is not good customer relations. They appear to lack technical initiative e.g. had to request tyres moved from front to back after they had found a puncture in one of the front tyres AND wanted to charge for it. Our local garage would have done this automatically and free. We used this garage for this particular service as they are a main dealer so expected a premium but not as high as they charge. We were very surprised to find out that on a car less than 3 years old and less than 26000 miles so much warranty work was necessary.
