Mr J Moore Date of feedback 24/11/2012I would have liked to have a like for like quote for the replacement of my car tyres, you quoted for a cheaper tyre to the one fitted in the factory. Also, if you can't put my locking wheel nut away in the boot, you could warn me that it was left loose in the cabin, thus saving me a trip back to the garage to identify the part! I chose Mazda over my last Honda due to poor garage service, you may be miles better than Honda, but I'm sure they were good once too. Remind your mechanics that they hav

The additional item I asked to be looked at wasns't and I was told I'd have to book it in again for another person to look at it. I feel this is an attempt at getting me to book in again to make more money on labour etc. Not very happy. Will probably use another Mazda garage for future services.

All I would say is that it would have saved me a return journey if the due service had been carried out before the car was put on the forecourt for sale. It was only when my partner asked for the digital service printout that it was noted that it hadn't been done. If I had been buying the car on my own I am sure the service wouldn't have been mentioned.

Mrs C Kerslake Date of feedback 22/09/2012I bought my car from you 3 years ago and have had it serviced there each year ,on my last two services they have filled up my screen wash and charged me for doing this so this year i made sure that it was full befor i took it to the garage but they still charged me for filling the screen wash but this year they never even left the new bottle in the car .

They were very obliging and I appreciated it very much. My husband and I are both senior citizens and could not budge the bracket holding spare wheel.

I was told it would take 1.5 hours and it took an hour longer. The quality of the work was very good, it's the service element with the customer that was not so good

Both Toyota and Ford dealerships that I've previously taken cars to have valeted my car, even if just in for a general service - let alone warranty work for a problem. New front pads were fitted as well, which wasn't authorised under the warranty work. Dealership did ring up and inform me of the issue, and I decided to retain the new pads at a cost of

Car still not ready due to spruce and shine not done. Not acceptable considering car should be have been delivered back to my work before 5pm. Finally left dealership at 5.50pm. This only came to light when I rang to check the arrangements for collection of the vehicle. Had I have not done so (revealing the problem to your service department) then I would have bee left high and dry. I was also a little disappointed that the return of the vehicle was not made within the stipulated time. A routine service / MOT job which was otherwise completed satisfactorily
