I have become dissapointed with the service and attitude of Main Dealers and decided to try an independant Garage and have to admit l did have concerns,however,the whole experience was highly professional and far exceeded any previous Main Dealer experience covering a whole host of Car Manufacturers. The vehicle was returned to me in an almost "Valeted" condition, l immediatly booked my wifes car for a service.Thank You Prestige Services and very well done.

Took my Passatt in for service and had a few niggles that I wanted sorting. Prestige Service were friendy and professional and took the time to explain what was causing the cars' issues. First class garage, as a woman i am always nervous about walking into a garage for repairs etc, but this garage made me feel like an important customer and confident that i wouldnt get ripped off!. They explained everything that needed doing in a way that i understood and when i collected my car it was immaculately clean. Every member of staff you meet are polite and always speak to you. I have now used this garage twice and will be taking my car back for its service shortly. I would highly recommend this garage to any woman drivers out there who want a garage they can absolutely trust.
