Mr Alan Bennett Date of feedback 09/05/2013I visited the garage initialy following a Porsche club night staged at the workshop I have first of all had a 944 Porsche have suspension allignment. This time I have had my Porsche Boxster S checked and had the required adjustments made. It has transformed the handling of the car and all is now as it should be. I had the suspension aligned as I plan on a track day next week and it is impotant that all is as it should be. I contacted the garage before hand and spoke to Ray who booked the car in for the following day and made it plain as to the cost and the time scale involved (aprox one hour) The work was carried out by Jock who explained the process as the car was checked for Camber and Toe in at both front and rear of the car. Then any measurements that where not within paramiters where adjusted. The whole experience was well worth carrying out and it was undertaken in a thoughly profesional manner.

Mr James Czerniewski Date of feedback 21/04/2013Enquired about the removal of a seized locking wheel nut over the phone after being directed to Protyre Warwick by Protyre Southam. Agreed Protyre Warwick would attempt to remove it and, if possibly, fit front brake pads and discs which I supplied. All work was carried out successfully and the mechanic also inspected the rear pads and disks at my request. It was agreed they should also be replaced and parts were orded in by the garage and fitted the same afternoon. Very happy with the service and the quality of the work. Protyre outlets remain my first choice for any work the car needs because of the consistently friendly, good value and good quality work they carry out.

The member of staff in reception was courteous and only mentioned this in passing at the end of our conversation, giving me the impression that this is a garage where nothing is too much trouble.

Today I had a puncture: my spare tyre was put on at work and I then rang Protyre. I got to the garage at 5.30 and was seen swiftly - repair was done - given a cup of coffee and received excellent service. It was so good that my tyre was mended at the end of the day (when the garage could have closed - it is Valentines Day today!). The staff were friendly and explained what they were doing. Thank you very much for your help today.

An MOT carried out by another garage found that some minor repairs were needed to her car. That garage quoted the repairs to more than £200. Protyre carried out the minor repairs for a fraction of that quote. Very friendly and helpful staff.

MR DEREK OSBORNE Date of feedback 03/01/2013I wanted 2 new tyres. I had had a quote from protyre but had got cheaper qoutes from other tyre suppliers. I went back to protyre, as i had used them before, and they were good,and they matched the cheaper quotes with no quible. My tyres were fitted quickly, and the other tyres were checked. Staff were very helpfull and knowledgeable. I asked about servicing and was talked thro the options. Shall use them next time.

On this particular occasion, the Warwick branch did not have my tyre in stock, but, knowing I had a long journey the day after and that I needed a tyre urgently, they went over and above the level of customer service expected by tracking a tyre down at an alternative branch and going to collect it themselves!! They arrived back with the tyre and completed the work in great time leaving me utterly delighted with the level of customer service again and also safe in the knowledge I could go on my long journey with the new tyre I needed. Based on the urgency that I needed the tyre, I didn't want to have to purchase one from elsewhere, therefore the superb customer service of locating a tyre for me so quickly left me delighted that once again I could give my business to Protyre in Warwick. Well done again guys for all your help. Thank you!!!!

When I arrived I was met by Ray who seemed very friendly and enthusiastic. The mechanic didn't seem to mind me being nosey while he fitted he tyres, in fact he too was friendly and seemed to have an eye for detail. Overall a great ride in service and experience of which I will be recommending to my friends.
