    The staff I met were very friendly. However the service advisor did not really know what was involved in my service. I was told an oil and filter change with pollen filter with inspection. I was kindly sent a text message on completion that was helpful. However the only paperwork I recieved was an invoice? I had stated when leaving the vehicle it has a slight misfire I recieved no service sheet to show what had been done no diagnostics printout and on checking the invoice a lot of items were on there which I was not aware of. This included 12.49 motor flush in my 12 years as a motor technician I have never used any flush except when oil emulsification had occurred so am unsure why I paid for that! 12.49 fuel system cleaner I only use shell v power and was not told this was going to be done otherwise I would have not requested that the system should not need any additives in my opinion. £9.77 for nut,bolt, clip,clamp, grease lube fuse??? When more complex jobs are completed addition parts may be required but in a oil and pollen filter change why is £10 of miscellaneous parts required its ridiculous! And finally £5.63 for a can of brake cleaner how much is required to clean a small amount of old oil residue I am completely confident I have paid for this and the left over £5.30s worth is sitting on the technicians toolbox. I've certainly been ripped off with about £35 worth of parts I have no idea were used no service sheet or report that may explain these parts. I travelled a long distance to use the dealer I purchased from but will definitely not be returning as my loyalty has been abused!!

    As always MOT and service carried out efficiently and within the time specified. All things asked to be done or checked out were done and when they found something that needed attention that had not been requested they informed me and asked me if I wished it to be done before proceeding - great. My Subaru was returned beautifully clean and running sweet as a nut.

    Happy with service, timing, convenience etc Couple of comments/queries: 1 - the mileage detailed on the body inspection section of service book was trip mileage not total mileage as detailed on speedometer. As it happens difference is only few hundred miles. 2 - In the service booklet the only written entry relates to conformation that the body inspection elements have been signed off. Should there be any stamp/signature signing off the maintenance elements.
