I have always gone to Polar Ford for services and have been very disappointed, when i rang for a price this year i felt it was overpriced but was told if i could find it cheaper they would price match. So i rang around - Reynolds was cheaper but the lady who answered the phone was so helpful i decided to go there anyway. They staff were all really pleasant and courtious and they dropped me at my sons house and picked me back up again even washing my car as part of the service - it the first time i have used them but it wont be the last.

Cannot speak too highly of Reynolds. Reynolds were recommended to us a few years ago and we now would not got anywhere else. Their work is of the highest quality, communication and customer service is first class. They are all polite, professional and cheerful. On our previous car being 'written off' in an accident, we gave Reynolds details of what we were looking for in a replacement, and within three weeks we took possession of our current vehicle. Due to whiplash injuries they offered to bring the vehicle to our home so I could test drive it. On another occasion a problem with a wiper blade that was fitted resulted in someone calling at our home on their way home to rectify it. Also there was an occasion when the bonnet would not close properly (or open) and I realised the oil cap had not been put back on - again a mechanic came to our house mid evening to rectify this. We have and always will recommend Reynolds to friends/family. We have no hesitation in recommending Reynolds of Selby for the Goldn Garages Award 2011
