    Only took car in to be looked at on Friday - initially stated could not be looked at until Monday because fully booked up but when explained we were a one car family and needed car for work (round trip of 50 miles) they fitted it on and did the work the next day on Saturday. Could not ask for more

    I PURCHASED MY CAR 7 YEARS AGO FROM REYNOLDS OF SELBY, FROM NEW. FROM DAY 1, I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE AND WITH ALL SERVICES/MOTS/WORK CARRIED OUT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. THEY ALWAYS MANAGE TO BOOK MY CAR IN, WHEN IT IS CONVENIENT FOR ME. THERE IS NEVER ANY PROBLEM WITH COLLECTING/DELIVERING MY CAR AND SUPPLYING ME WITH A COURTESY CAR. FROM A WOMANS POINT OF VIEW, I HAVE PEACE OF MIND GOING THERE. KNOWING THAT BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN AND DON'T KNOW A LOT ABOUT CARS, I AM NOT GOING TO GET RIPPED OFF AND TO GET TOLD THAT THINGS ARE REQUIRED DOING, WHEN THEY DO NOT. I HAVE DEALT WITH THE SAME STAFF OVER THE YEARS, WHICH IS GREAT TO GET TO KNOW THEM AND HAVE SOME CONSISTANCY. THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE AND I WOULD DEFINITELY PURCHASE ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM IN THE FUTURE. WHEN MY MOTHER WAS IN HOSPITAL AND I WAS THERE ALL DAY WHEN MY CAR WAS HAVING A SERVICE, RATHER THAN AT HOME, CATH BROUGHT MY CAR BACK TO ME THERE. YOU CAN'T GET MUCH BETTER SERVICE THAN THAT!

    I use this gararge because the process of booking the car in for a service is quick and they can normally do the day and time i want. I find the staff friendly and helpful and the price of the service is stright forward with no hidden extra charges.
