This garage has customer satisfaction as a priority. The request for an early appointment to comply with the MOT expiry date was granted immediately. I was allowed to wait while the initial test was being carried out. Tea or coffee were offered and the waiting area was warm and comfortable. As on previous occasions that day's papers were already in despite it being first thing in the morning. The initial test revealed a number of matters needing attention and they booked it back in to their busy schedule to accomodate myself. The work was completed on the day and the only issue was that there was a slight difference in the costs quoted amounting to less than £10.00 which was dealt with by the owner of the business, and not by an assistant, when he phoned me personally the following morning to explain where the difference was and how it had occurred before he sent out the invoice. I was really pleased with their attention and service as I have been on numerous occasions before. The one high point in the service provided by the garage, which I would recommend for every business in the world that has to deal with customer satisfaction, is that prominent in their waiting room was a book of Best Scottish Jokes. After reading through the pages of this book how could a customer ever get in to a such a bad mood as to complain about anything? It must put most or all of the customers in to a state of mind when they leave it is with a chuckle rather than a scowl. Its a brilliant tactic. The only down side is that the family are fed up listening to the corny jokes since the 4th February 2013. Ryan Autocare deserve a special recommendation for this master stroke. PLEASE NOTE I HAVE NO CONNECTION WITH RYAN AUTOCARE OTHER THAN BEING A CUSTOMER. MY COMMENTS ARE GENUINELY WHAT I THINK.

My van had demobolised itself, I dropped the keys into the garage on the way to work and contacted the garage when it opened. The owner collected the van from my home address that morning. I have used Ryan auto care for several years and have found them to be flexible, reliable.

I could not fault the service i have had from this garage they give a first class service and consider their customers important.

I have used other well known garages over the years, but since I have started using Ryan Autocare I would defiantly not go anywhere else. I buy my cars from there now two. The last 5 or6 cars I've had have been from there, serviced and MOTs done there too. The staff are always pleasant. If work cannot be completed in the time they say, they always phone and update you on what's happening. If they find anything else wrong while its being repaired they think needs sorted urgently, they phone to let you know, so you can decide if you want it done while there. Feel they are very reliable.

Staff are always polite. Mechanics always clear with explanations and pricing of parts/work. Timescales realistic and kept to. Always feel comfortable taking my car there, whatever the issue.

As i drove into the fore court it was clean, tidy and plenty of parking spaces for customer use. The staff were warm, friendly and helped explain things i had to get done clearly. They were very flexable with times and dates to book my car in.
