Just a concern that immediately after the service oil did not look as clear as I would expect; otherwise simple, quick (person who answered the phone was able to give price and book car in for service) and convenient service.

Needed a wing mirror replacing. Was able to book the car in the next day. I knew that if it could be repaired they would,; but in the event I needed a new mirror. they phoned to tell me the car was ready. It was clean and ready for immediate pickup when I arrived. an estimate of the cost was given. Invoices are sent out by mail at the end of each month.

I wanted tp pay for the work but they said they would send an invoice. It would be better if they could show the work which had been completed during the service at the time of completion. Apart from this I would use this garage again. They seemed very efficient and very helpful.

I have used this garage for over 40 years and never had any complaints. They also listen to comments from customers. The garage is a little out of the way and they did not have loan cars, which made it difficult to get there and back. I sent in a questionaire after one service and on it I suggested that it would be a good gesture to customers if they supplied a loan car. The next time I went in I was offered a loan car and they have been doing this ever since.
