Ms Lynda Reynolds Date of feedback 17/05/2013My car was recalled so I did not choose the garage so some of the questions are irrelevant. I asked for additional work to be done and this was done. The quote for the work was less than satisfactory and when I arrived to drop off my car I was left hanging around until someone bothered to even acknowledge me. Was asked to make sure I had my service history booklet to have it stamped, this I did and when I picked up the car it was not filled in or stamped. Lack of attention to details for good customer service. It is a garage I would not go to through choice as the location is far to far away and I had to get a taxi to get there to pick up my car as I work the otherside of town.

Mr Dave Hartnoll Date of feedback 03/05/2013I booked the car's 2nd annual service (40,000 miles). The invoice was for a 20,000 service and the service book was incorrectly stamped as 2nd service for other Chevrolet models (20,000 miles). Not sure whether I received a genuine 2nd service for my model (only matters if there's any difference). Was told about additional work needed to braking system. I asked for estimate and was told someone would call next day. That call never came. I will probably go elsewhere now. I left the car all day and was asked when I needed it back. I said no later than 5pm. I had to call them at 5:20 to find they'd only just finished with it. When I arrived to collect I had to wait over 10 mins while they typed service details into the computer. Overall, not terrible, but below average customer service.

Mr Brian Osbourn Date of feedback 03/03/2013My lady wife and that of myself have been a customer of this garage for over ten years from purchasing our cars to having them serviced and looked after and as long as we both feel that this garage and it's customer service gives us both the quality of service we have always received from purchasing our new cars to looking after them for us we will always use this garage now and in the future.

Mr Eric Leach Date of feedback 16/02/2013The Service provided by Skurrays was excellent however the only irritation was that they failed to stamp my service booklet which entailed having to make a trip back to the dealership to get this done.

Mr Koobandran Moodley Date of feedback 08/02/2013Was not happy that there was a £1000 excess to pay if involved in an accident whilst using the courtesy car. This is excessive and seems designed to prevent customers from opting to use a courtesy car.

Miss Teresa Moon Date of feedback 25/01/2013My car initially went in on a recall for the braking system. Whilst checking the system it was found that new brake pads were required. I was a little surprised that the garage had to keep the car for an extra day because they do not keep brake pads in stock. They had to be ordered for a next day delivery.

Mr Mark Fogel Date of feedback 16/12/2012The following issues still not resolved - clutch judder this still happens occasionaly - trip computer never worked according to the dealer there is no fault the trip never gives correct readings. - wheel balance is still an issue which hasnt been resolved. I will be happy but I am tired of taking the car back all the time.

Mrs Sarah Mc Dermott Date of feedback 08/12/2012I purchased two cars on the same day WU61 ZJJ & WU61ZJE, for some reason when I had the first year service on each car I was charged for one and not the other. I have been unable to find out why, no one will resolve this issue, either I owe the garage for a service or the garage has charged me for a service which should have been free.

Mrs Kim Carter Date of feedback 28/09/2012booked an MOT and when i arrived it had been booked on the computer for the previous day apparently? although they did not contact me to confirm this the previous day or text or email me confirmation of the original booking which would have been useful because then i could have confirmed they had booked the wrong day and had adjusted it accordingly. however, although i was not expected!!! they still went ahead and booked the car for the MOT and found me a courtesy car which i had requested. did have to wait an hour over the allotted time of collection but was grateful i did not have to re-schedule the day i was originally given. so many thanks. Also when I booked the courtesy car was not informed of any charge for this service and the sales operative agreed to waiver the fee. All in all an excellent service. kind regards kim carter

Mr P Bathe Date of feedback 13/07/2012As a result of mis-diagnosis of a noisy air conditioning compressor by Skurrys it was necessary for me to obtain a second opinion from the authorised Chevrolet dealer in Reading. The problem occured whereby the Service Manager at Skurrys informed me the noise coming from the air con unit was quite normal. This obviously was not the case as the dealer at Reading advised me not to drive the car any further with the air con on until it was replaced. This was reported back to Skurry's General Manager by letter and after further inspection it was agreed that the compressor should be replaced under warranty.

Mr Saleem Shamash Date of feedback 25/06/2012Having kept my car for two hours with me waiting and failed to properly repair my car, Skurrays now say I have to bring it in again for an assessment. I do not mind the fact that their first attempt was not successful, because of the nature of the problem. However, they should have done properly identified possible future additional works when they had it. As they are wasting my valuable time, I am not going to use them again.

Mr Brian Osbourn Date of feedback 24/06/2012I have purchased Vauxhall motor vehicles and had them serviced at this dealership (including my wifes vehicle) for many years and have found this dealership to be most helpful and trust worthy. This Chevolet is the first time that I have come away from Vauxhall but on saying this I have found the vehicle and the dealership still to be the same as above apart from myself stating that I think my Chevolet vehicle todate has been the best vehicle I have ever purchased from this dealership even knowing that my Vauxhalls have also always been a great buy but at the moment my Chevolet takes the prize must be because I have always found GMC and this dealership very much to my taste.
