They always try to go that extra mile to ensure you get first class service, that is why we travel 65 miles each way to have our cars maintained by them!

I have used many garages in my time as a motorist and since finding Spratley's of Mortimer, I will never go anywhere else. The quality of work along with the care taken of your vehicle is unmatched. The level of honesty is incredible. Why do I say that? Well, I had my car serviced and MOT'd last year and very slight pitting on the break pipes was reported. So, I thought I would phone the garage the next day and book the car in, to have the affected break pipes replaced. Booked my car in and dropped it off on the day of the appointment. Some hours later Spratley's phoned me and said that whilst slight pitting was visible on the break pipes, in their opinion, this did not warrant replacement. Not just that. I was not charged a single penny for the fact that time was spent to inspect the car again, whilst Spratley’s could have done other work. I can assure you that I have never experienced that level of honesty, in 38 years of driving. We all know that many other garages would have replaced the break pipes and found other things to charge for, whilst they were at it. So, I go out of my way to, always, get the car serviced at Spratley's and anything else that might need doing on my car. “Above and beyond the call of duty.” There are no other words for it.

I have previously used this garage to service/MOT my cars (all Vaxhaulls) from the first experience I would not go anywhere else. They have been very courteous, prompt, informative and genuinely seem to want to please, a rare thing nowadays. Customer satisfaction seems a top priority and they have reached the right balance of that and professionalism. Apart from my motorcycle dealer one of the best, if not the best, car/bike garages I have dealt with.
