Welcome to SWSS Service Centre ,as you may know we are a small company in the South Wales Area ,We are a welcoming company whose aim is to keep the personal touch ,which we feel most of the dealers have lost ,
SWSS consists of five members of staff whose aim is to provide the customer with a very high standard of work, and a welcoming environment, with very competitive prices to all customers.
We are AA & RAC approved and we operate from the Epex 1 link platform, and we can deal with almost every motoring need. We have over 60 years combined experience in the motor industry and with this you get a professional and personal experience.

Absolutely exemplary service. I've been to a few garages in my time, but the gentlemen here are the best, no question. I was treated like a valued customer from my first visit, through the repair, and after the repair had been completed. The work completed was to a very high standard, and the only slight niggle was that tracking was not included in the repair as my warranty would not cover it. But, I am being VERY picky there, as every other aspect of the repair more than makes up for that. Customer service is a lost art, but SWSS is absolutely defying that trend. I would not hesitate to recommend SWSS to anyone and everyone!

Second to none service from a bunch of Saab engineers who are modesty personified. The service offered instills the same trust that one hopes to obtain from a family GP, and in this moneygrabbing.com world we now live in I feel this to be a rare and precious attribute for a competitive garage to retain. Cory Woodman (Service Advisor) was extremely helpful and provided a really quick and cost effective remedy for the fault on my car without any compromise of standards. Really impressive customer service - the best garage I have used in many years and will be returning to it again for any future work on my Saab. As my car is a work tool. I required a service, MOT and other work I identified. I was confident that no extra work was required. They followed my instructions 100% and did not have to give me any advice as the car was ok. I do about 35 - 40,000 miles a year. If any work is needed during the year they act very quickly resulting in my car being off the road for a very limited time. I wish all garages gave such great service, and you can rely 100% on their advice regarding repairs.
