    My only comment is regarding the free car wash and hoover out. My car was washed to an ok standard but the wheels were missed completely. I did not notice this at the time of collection otherwise I would have commented there and then.

    I had booked my car in for a service + MOT at the start of December 2012. But when I took my car in on 27th December 2012, I was told that there was no MOT booked. I had asked from my car to be available at 12:30, but because of the mistake with the MOT booking it would now be available around 16:00. My concern is that I have taken out a service plan for the coming years, but feel that I may be let down again

    The standard practice, which my friends, family and I have all experienced in the past with VW, i.e. to wash the car after service, was not carried out. No covers were placed on the seats during the service, hence the seats were covered in grease/dirt/dust on collection, with much of it going onto the floor, so I had to wash and vacuum the vehicle when I arrived home. All passanger seat belts were left secured to the clips and not stowed away. My driving gloves, which I had left on my seat, had been jammed into the glove box and I had some trouble in opening it. Despite being advised that the car would be ready for collection at 4 pm, I had to wait until 5 pm, as it was still being road-tested (I witnessed its return to the garage and noted the driver had no disposable seat covers): no appropriate advisory text messge appeared. So in answer to your text sent today, I was NOT completely satisfied.
