I have used this Garage on a number of occasions, one of the main reason for this is that prior to using them I had used a manufactures recommended garage and had been charged for work that had not been carried out on my vehicle, one of the factors that gives me great confidence in Tickenham Garage is their approach to customers and that if there is anything that needs to be carried on my vehicle they make me aware, I do in excess of 48k miles per year, so it is crucial maintained to a high standard, and that I have confidence in the technicians working on my vehicle, this I have from my dealing with Tickenham Garage,

Always very helpful and no fuss. The garage will often point out things to keep an eye on ie. you'll need new tyres in 2000 miles – that sort of thing. After dropping the car off they even offer to drop you into work! Since moving our offices to the area, 90% of the staff in the building now use Tickenham Garage. On the odd occasion when something isn't quite right, there's never a fuss taking a vehicle back in and sorting it out. They are so friendly nothing is ever a problem.

I use Tickenham Garage regularly. The service has always been excellent. The only improvement they could make is if they could collect and deliver my car as I do not live particularly close.
