I have now been using the garage for a number of years, and have carried on using them even when they moved to a different premises. They have always been really helpfull in alerting me to forthcomming problems as well as helping me to stagger the cost in terms urgency down to routine jobs, They are always friendly and helpfull and punctual, and would have no hesitation to reccommed them on to my friends

I have been using Up n Running for 10 years, I am very happy with the service at the garage, very informed on the work on my car and i love the fact i get a reminder letter so i dont have to think for myself regarding dates for my car service/mot etc i have had advice of things that cost nothing but help prevent repairs being needed. ie what petrol to avoid etc, to keep using the aircon in the winter so it reduces risk of it breaking down, which is really helpful. I have recommended the garage to numerous friends who have given good feedback to me.

up"n"running i have used them for 20 years and would not go any where else i trust them compleatly and have no hesitation to recomend them ,all of the family use them sons and daughter in laws . they go out of there way to help as much as possible and even pick your car up from your house if you have problems getting to them. i can,nt give them enough praise, they are trustworthy,helpful,and friendly. me being a woman and not knowing any thing about cars, they do not treat you any differant and do not talk down on you. all i can say is i would not take my car any where else.

Work is explained and advisory work is noted thoroughly on invoices and explained verbally in further detail. If work is expected to be expensive, they will break it down into levels of urgency and complete it in installments to avoid a big invoice. Advisory notes are always useful, to avoid unexpected problems and the urgency of the work is always explained, to enable work to be scheduled beforehand. Staff are always courteous and helpful and work on the premise that they are only as good as their last work and on recommendations. I have had bad experiences with some garages, especially big companies, who overcharge, complete work that is not necessary and do not complete all of the work scheduled on the service recommendations. I have also had experiences, where my comments and opinions as to the running of my car have not been taken seriously, as a woman. This is definately not the case with Up n Running, where they are extremely courteous and respectful. I have recommended them to several friends on their work and level of service.

I have used up and running for over a year. I use them for all the work on my car and as it is an older car it sometimes needs a lot of help. The service that is provided is second to none both in terms of customer satisfaction and quality of work carried out. It is a family business and Wayne and his son are all ways willing to help out with any queries that i have and answer any of my silly questions. They will always let me know of any additional work that they think should be carried out and do so before continuing with the job.
